Please note: Passes are required for all Presales and we do not allow children under the age of 12 to attend any presale before our Family Shop Time at 7pm. The only exception is for nursing infants who can be carried in a front carrier or backpack. Volunteer and Consignor Passes are distributed at Drop Off and all other passes are sent via email one week prior to the event.

First Time Parents/Grandparents: If you are expecting your first child or grandchild or have had your first child or grandchild in the last 12 months, you qualify! Remember to select the "First Time Parent" or "First Time Grandparent" group in your My JBF Profile to shop the presale. Entry time is 5pm. Sorry, if you have shopped early as a First Time Parent/Grandparent previously, you may not sign up to shop early again. Passes will be emailed one week prior to the event.
Foster/Adoptive Parents: Thank you for caring for our community's children! Remember to select the "Foster Parent" group in your My JBF Profile to shop early. Entry time is 5pm. A presale pass for you and a friend will be emailed one week prior to the event.
Teachers: Because of all the hard work that you do, we kindly invite teachers to shop during our presale. Whether shopping for the classroom, Sunday school class or just your own homeschooled children, come see what JBF Reno is all about! Entry time is 5pm. Be sure to register as a pass is required for you and a friend to attend the presale.
Military Spouses: We realize you face unique challenges in raising your children, whether doing it alone with your partner deployed or you with a baby in your arms and your spouse holding a little one too! We hope to help you save money and make your life just a little easier.

Q. How will I know I'm registered?
A. You will receive an automated confirmation email (check your spam if you do not receive it) confirming the group (presale) that you signed up for.
Q. How do I get in to the Presale?
A. 1. You can print your automated confirmation email. Save it and bring it with you for entry. 2. We will email an E-Ticket to your email the week of the sale that you can print and bring with you for entry. 3. Your name will also be on a list at the front door the day of the presale. We will check to see if your name is on the list for entry.
Q. Do I need an I.D.?
A. Yes. FTM - Regular ID. Teacher - Teacher badge, paycheck or something that says you work as a teacher/daycare provider. Military - Something with your name on it specifing that you are military or a military spouse.
Q. Can I bring a guest?
A. Yes. You are allowed to bring one guest with you.
Q. Can I bring my children and stroller?
A. NO CHILDREN/STROLLERS ARE ALLOWED AT THE PRESALES UNTIL OUR FAMILY PRESALE SHOPPING TIME AT 7PM. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS INFANTS ATTACHED TO YOU.
Children and strollers are welcome during all public sale times.
